  • Job Title: Project Coordinator - Volunteer Recruitment
    Location: In Person; Atlanta, GA
    Reports to: Operations Manager

    Job Description: 

    This position will be responsible for the recruitment, management, and maintaining of volunteers within The Kyle Pease Foundation as well as finding new volunteers to support our athletes.


    Responsibilities: 

    • Volunteer Management

      • Reaching out to & meeting with current and prospective volunteers to get them involved with The Kyle Pease Foundation

      • Supporting Volunteers that may have questions prior to an event

    • Volunteer Recruitment 

      • Visiting volunteer organizations or recruiting volunteers for events that The Kyle Pease Foundation is involved in

      • Finding new avenues for volunteers from Logistics Support, Teammate Runners, Caregivers, Camp Wheel-A-Way Volunteers, & more.

    • Volunteer Maintenance

      • Sending out follow ups after events to volunteers whether first time volunteers or long time supporters

    • Other Duties As Assigned

    Job Description: 

    This position will be responsible for supporting and coordinating stewardship activities to engage and retain donors, volunteers, and supporters of The Kyle Pease Foundation. This role will assist in managing stewardship programs, ensure effective communication, and help develop initiatives to acknowledge and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The coordinator will be essential in managing stewardship project timelines, donor recognition, impact reporting, and the overall implementation of stewardship strategies.


    Responsibilities: 

    • Stewardship Program Coordination:

      • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating donor and volunteer stewardship initiatives.

      • Coordinate the outreach, preparation, and delivery of stewardship materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Donor Recognition:

      • Track and maintain accurate records of donor outreach and their giving history, ensuring recognition and acknowledgment align with their preferences through the guidance and support of the Director of Development.

      • Support the creation and distribution of personalized donor reports, such as annual giving impact statements and progress updates on projects funded by donations.

    • Communication and Engagement:

      • Send regular stewardship communications (e.g., newsletters, impact updates, and appreciation messages) to foster strong relationships with donors and volunteers.

      • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create lapsed donor-email content and other materials as needed. 

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Stay informed on best practices in nonprofit stewardship and donor relations, suggesting new approaches or improvements to existing processes.

    • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to stewardship and donor engagement.

    • Other duties as assigned by the Development Director.

  • Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

    Reports to: Development Director & Operations Manager

    Job Description: 

    This position will oversee the day-to-day administrative responsibilities to ensure that the KPF team remains efficient and effective in achieving the mission of improving the lives of people with disabilities through sports and beyond. This individual would support all roles that fall under Development.

    Responsibilities: 

    Development Admin Support: 

    • Weekly & monthly reporting across all Peer to Peer Fundraising, Special Events and Donor Stewardship

    • Weekly onboarding communication with KPF Race Team Members & providing support to the Ambassador Team alongside the Development Director

    • Donor Stewardship monthly mailings & reporting

    • Partnership Tracking & Reporting support

    • Special Events administrative reporting, support & in-person activation

    Operations Admin Support:

    • Race Registration Management

    • Hotel Management (Booking, Updating, Communication)

    • Special Events On Site Support 

    • Other Duties As Assigned


    Qualifications: 

    • Proficiency in web-based software platforms, Microsoft Office programs, and Canva; exceptional communication skills across multiple environments and with diverse audiences; intense multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.

    • Reliable transportation is required.

    • Strong ties to the local community.
