  • Job Title: Office & Accounts Payable Coordinator
    Location: In Person/Office; Atlanta, GA
    Reports to: Director of Development

    Job Description: 

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office & Accounts Payable Coordinator  to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our organization. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.


    Responsibilities: 

    • Log and track incoming donation checks and ensure proper documentation and record keeping

    • Manage all gift managing systems and logging gifts into CRM system and assigning to campaign as needed

    • Assist with processing and tracking invoices, including preparing documentation for payment

    • Maintain organized financial and administrative records

    • Support general office operations and administrative tasks

    • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation

    • Assist with maintaining & updating office systems and processes

    • Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting

    • Provide administrative support for organizational operations as needed

    • Other Duties As Assigned


    Job Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations support

    • Strong organizational and record keeping skills

    • Experience handling financial documentation such as invoices, checks, or donations preferred

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity

    • Strong communication and time-management skills

    • Reliable transportation
