Job Title: Office & Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: In Person/Office; Atlanta, GA
Reports to: Director of DevelopmentApplication Deadline: June 30, 2026
Anticipated Start Date: July 15, 2026
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office & Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our organization. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Log and track incoming donation checks and ensure proper documentation and record keeping
Manage all gift managing systems and logging gifts into CRM system and assigning to campaign as needed
Assist with processing and tracking invoices, including preparing documentation for payment
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Support general office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation
Assist with maintaining & updating office systems and processes
Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
Provide administrative support for organizational operations as needed
Other Duties As Assigned
Job Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations support
Strong organizational and record keeping skills
Experience handling financial documentation such as invoices, checks, or donations preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
Strong communication and time-management skills
Reliable transportation
