Inclusive Employment Program
The Kyle Pease Foundation Inclusive Employment Program
The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF) launched its Inclusive Employment Program in 2017, inspired by the vision of our founder, Kyle Pease, and the determination of our first inclusive employee, Justin Knight. After racing with KPF, Justin didn’t ask for a grant—he asked for a chance to give back. His request sparked the creation of a program that now provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Today, KPF proudly employs eight Inclusive Employees who are integral to the foundation’s daily operations. Each member brings unique strengths, perspectives, and skills that fuel the growth, success, and impact of our mission. More than just team members, they embody the spirit of inclusion by helping support KPF Athletes and their families while showing what’s possible when ability is recognized and celebrated.
Through this program, KPF is not only advancing opportunities in sports but also creating pathways to employment, empowerment, and community engagement for individuals with disabilities.
