Mentorship Program
The Kyle Pease Foundation Mentorship Program
Empowering Through Community—Beyond the Race Course
The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF) believes inclusion doesn’t stop at the finish line. Our Mentorship Program is designed to extend the spirit of teamwork and connection found on the race course into the broader community.
This program pairs experienced athletes, professionals, and volunteers with individuals with disabilities to promote personal growth, build confidence, and foster meaningful relationships that create lasting impact—on and off the course.
Through consistent connection, skill development, and shared experiences, KPF mentors help mentees set and achieve goals, develop independence, and explore opportunities in all aspects of life.
Program Pillars
- Inspire: Encourage mentees to discover their potential and build confidence through shared challenges and achievements.
- Equip: Offer resources, guidance, and real-world experiences to strengthen transferable life and job skills.
- Connect: Create genuine, long-term relationships that break down barriers and celebrate inclusion in everyday life.
How It Works
Participants are thoughtfully matched based on their interests, goals, and experience. Mentors and mentees connect regularly—through monthly check-ins, in-person meetups, or shared KPF events. KPF provides ongoing guidance, training, and community gatherings to ensure every relationship thrives and grows.
The Impact
Mentorship opens doors to new possibilities—helping individuals with disabilities discover their strengths, pursue goals, and find belonging in both sport and community. It’s about pushing beyond the race course to build a more inclusive world for all.
