The Kyle Pease Foundation | Equipment Rental Policy

The Kyle Pease Foundation offers equipment rental services to expand our ability to support individuals with disabilities through sports. Rental requests are NOT guaranteed.

Rental Request Process:

  • All requests for equipment rental must complete a rental request form and direct all questions to Zach Watson, KPF Operations Manager.

  • The rental request form MUST be submitted a minimum of 4 business days before the requested pick-up date.

  • The standard rental period is 10 days or less. Any rentals for over 10 days will incur additional fees.

  • Any damages to rental equipment while in the renter’s possession will be invoiced at the cost of fixing or replacing damaged items.

Rental Fees:

  • KPF Athlete: $15 per 10-day rental period

  • KPF Ambassador Team Member: $25 per 10-day rental period (can be added to team fundraising goals or in-kind trades after approval by Operations Manager/Executive Director)

  • Non-KPF Member/Athlete: $35 per 10-day rental period

Minimum Requested Donations for Rentals (In-State Events Only)

  • Chair Rental: $100

  • Bike Rental: $200 (Additional costs may be incurred depending on rental needs)

Minimum Requested Donation for Rentals (Out of State Events)

  • $250 + Depending on the rental period and travel

Additional Policies:

  • As part of the rental agreement, The Kyle Pease Foundation requires the following:

  • All rental equipment will be branded for The Kyle Pease Foundation. Any branded items added MUST remain on the equipment at all times.

  • Renter MUST wear KPF-provided branded attire while participating in competitive events using rental equipment from The Kyle Pease Foundation.

  • The renter agrees to provide a minimum of 5 pictures and/or videos from the event showing KPF branded equipment and attire. Provided images/videos may be used by The Kyle Pease Foundation for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • KPF requests that the renter tags The Kyle Pease Foundation in and and all social media posts. For questions, please contact marketing@kylepeasefoundation.org.
